What Forja is
Forja is a training and nutrition app: animated exercises, complete programmes and meal plans, for people from 6 to 90 years old. It runs entirely on your device.
What Forja is not
Forja is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor, a physiotherapist or a dietitian. The programmes, calorie figures and meal plans are general guidance, not a personalised prescription. If you feel pain, have an injury, are pregnant, or have any medical condition, talk to a professional before training. Children should train with an adult present.
Subscription
Forja offers a free tier and an optional Forja Premium subscription with three durations: monthly, annual, and annual with Family Sharing. The exact price is always shown in the app before you confirm, in your own currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the period, at the price of the plan you chose.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue them directly.
What you get without paying
The free tier is a usable app, not a demo: a full programme, a share of the exercise library with its animation and technique cues, and your history. What Premium adds is listed in the app before you pay.
Your data
Forja has no accounts on our side and no server holding your training history. Everything lives on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud database. See the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
The app and its content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute or resell its exercises, animations or plans, nor try to interfere with the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or loss arising from training, from decisions made based on the information shown, or from interruptions or data loss. You train at your own risk and are responsible for stopping when something hurts.
Changes
These terms may be updated; significant changes will be announced inside the app. Continuing to use Forja after that means you accept them.
